The iDoo Hydroponics growing system is super easy to set up. I'm growing herbs for cooking and it's much more effortless than growing the herbs outside in the summer. They are continually watered and receive the proper amount of light. The water pump inside the unit is super quiet, but if you listen closely you'll hear it running. The grow lights remain on for about 18 hours and off for 6 hours each day. This occurs automatically based on the first time you plug it in. I recommend this system for anyone who wants a small garden in their home. You'll need to supply the seeds, however.

Great device for the price. I have sprouted quite a few seeds so far including salad, leeks, tomatoes. It's too small to finish the tomatoes in, but did a great job starting them. I moved them th another system Idoo has where the lights raise up higher. I am impressed with this machine so far. All of my plants are young yet, I will try to update in another month or so when things get bigger. But I was impressed enough I vought more than one!

I seriously thought it was a marketing gimmick to say these systems grow plants so much faster than soil, but I was wrong (happily)! I started micro dwarf tomatoes in seed starter in beginning of February. Then I started seeds for micro dwarf tomatoes in the iDoo a full month later. The hydroponics tomatoes are already getting ready to flower (mid April). Still waiting on the ones in soil! I'm shocked, and very excited. I swear, the plants grow so fast, they are bigger in the morning than when I went to bed the night before, lol. No problems with the light timer, pump works fine. Weirdly, tho, I have noticed the plants on the side where the pump directs the water grow just slightly smaller than the other side of the unit. I thought that was odd, but maybe it's because the water is disturbed unevenly. I do like the AG pump system better, how it bathes the seeds with nutrient solution instead of just pushing the water to one side, but it's not really a big deal, the plants are all still growing and healthy. All in all I would say this is a really easy system for anyone just starting out with hydroponics and would recommend and strongly encourage you give it a try if you enjoy growing things. These units can grow food (vegetables), herbs, and flowers very easily. You really just have to pay attention to how large the plant will be full grown. You obviously will not be able to easily take care of 10 cherry tomato plants all at once. One or two, sure. If growing herbs, depending on what you're growing, you can do more plants. If you're going to grow something that's bigger than a dwarf plant, you'll have to learn some pruning skills, but honestly, it's easy. Go for it!

I am so happy that I went with this one vs. some of the others I looked it, it is SO easy to use and all of the seeds that I have planted so far (chives, dill, parsley) have sprouted in like 1 week! It's amazing, I wish I had bought it sooner and have been thinking about buying one (since the price is so reasonable) for my two best friends. I personally highly recommend!

My first one is 2 years old now, and it's still running fine, but I wanted more plants, so I decided to add another unit. Wow! They really seemed to have updated and improved their product! The first one was great, but this is even better! The little fan on top is a great addition, and so are the little stickers to keep algae from growing too much. Honestly algae never affected my plants, so it's not a big deal either way, but it is a nice addition. My favorite thing about this is the line in the manual about pollination. "Most people don't have bees in their home" This made my day! So funny.

I have the smaller unit which I love. This unit is a poor design. Oh can’t get the light low enough for seedlings. I’ve had this lettuce planted for over a month. Not doing well. Yet in the smaller unit the plants are thriving. There should be a negative stars category.

This product is super easy to set up and get going. We have had ours for a week and the herbs we planted are already germinating quite well. The lights and water system are very efficient and the whole system is definitely a plug in, plant and forget system. Remember to read the directions before just jumping in. Make sure you don't forget the plant food.

The light is bright. Make sure you have the light running during the day or you will be scared as hell if you wake up in the middle of the night and it is shining bright…it will make you think someone turned the lights on or you over slept. My plants started growing within days. After a few weeks, I transplanted them to pots with soil. Best purchase I could make. I bought the seeds separately.

Estéticamente es una pasada, queda muy bien en mi caso en la cocina. Las semillas (viene sin ellas, las tienes que adquirir a parte) brotaron todas en unos 3-4 días. Es muy guay llegar a casa y ver como crecen cada día

Pas de bruit, beaucoup de luminosité, facile a utiliser, à fait germées mes graines en moins d'une semaine

Mi sono avvicinato alla coltura idroponica dopo avere visualizzato un pò di serre "domestiche" questa su Amazon. Devo dire che è stata una piacevole sorpresa, la serra si presenta esteticamente molto bene, è facilissima da utilizzare e le piante crescono rigogliose e con facilità. Se devo trovare un difetto, avrei aggiunto alla confezione qualche seme per permettere un utilizzo immediato della serra.

Awesome system, I use mine exclusively for growing chillies and it does the job well. Towards the end of the growing cycle the chilli's get too big for this so I remove them and finish them off outside in a hydro bucket or indoors under lights. I liked this so much I bought another one
