Buy this! It cinches well and you can wear it everywhere without any discomfort. Even driving. I’ve tried many cinchers and sauna vests to hold me in effectively and this one by far exceeds my expectations. I ordered an XL and I am 5’2, 205, 38D bust and it doesn’t crawl, move or roll up or give me the impression that I should’ve ordered something bigger or smaller.
