I was looking for something diff6for my holiday sweets and this was perfect. The taste was amazing and the consistency was perfect. My sweets turned out great with lots of compliments.

We purchased to use as filling in Christmas cookies and while it smelled like apricot, it did not have any natural appearance or texture. It was not worth the cost or the time it took to fill the cookies as the flavor wasn't good. It was a very thick and pasty filling before and after we finished baking.

Made raspberry almond rollups. The spread was perfect. Good consistency made it easy to apply, roll up, bake and eat. A lot easier than using jelly and no burnt edges.

Horrible stuff. Tasted like orange soda. NO apricots in the stuff. Do not bother. I had to throw away an entire batch of pastries. I should have read the ingredients.

Made great apricot rolls great taste.

My rating is based on the size of the tub... it's maybe 2 cups of filling for $14.00. I will go back to making my own by mixing in corn starch (sift lil bit and stir well as you go..about 7/1 ratio) to a store bought jar of jam or preserves. If this filling is super delicious I will adjust my stars, but I still need to go buy and make more filling to finish my work for this weekend. Disappointed, inconvenienced but prices are going up on everything these days I might have to keep a better eye on how much I am getting, the picture of the tub threw me off, it's a tiny lil tub.

This is great oven-proof jam! I use it to bake my mom’s crescent cookies. Everyone loves them!

DO NOT BUY!!! What a waste of money! Amazon will not replace or refund. Both containers came damaged from shipping! This product sucks!!!
