When I first started breast feeding my lactation consultant told me you don’t need any balms for cracked nipples because your babies saliva and breast milk should help. I really appreciated this set when I started breastfeeding. One of the best parts of this set if that you can apply it without having to touch the parts of your body that are overly sensitive. The spray felt pretty nice, and I really liked the applicator for the cream. It was easy to put on and spread without causing any further irritation. It helped with chafing and cracking, and soothed my skin, and didn't interfere with nursing. If you are planning on breastfeeding, this is a must.
