Assumo queste vitamine da mesi, dato che seguo una dieta vegana, e sin dai primi giorni ho notato miglioramenti per quanto riguarda annebbiamento mentale e stanchezza, tanto da consigliarle anche al mio ragazzo (onnivoro), che sta beneficiando degli stessi effetti. Le ho scelte perché non sopporto le pillole da ingoiare, infatti queste le faccio sciogliere sotto la lingua, e in più hanno un buonissimo sapore di limone. Consigliate!

A good supply that will last a year. Nice taste too. I don't know why these are described as 'chewable' though, as they're rock hard. The do dissolve quickly when sucked however. Recommended purchase if you're B12 deficient.
