Great food, excellent design, they serve the purpose for the feet

I was really looking forward to these in hopes of getting some relief with my pain and discomfort when I walk, but it was actually the totally opposite. They made my shoes tight, no matter what shoes I tried them on in. They are for a narrow foot so when I wore them they gave me blisters; huge blisters; all up and down my feet. They also sent me the wrong size I ordered so I had to cut them down to the size of my insoles; which I do not recommend. There are no numbers on the bottom to follow along to cut so I had to pull the inside and f my shoe out as the guide. So if you get them just ensure you get the right size sent to you cause that may make a huge difference. I just had a bad experience with mine and it ended up being a waste of money

I had PF with what appeared to be a bone spur on my right heel. For nearly two weeks, it had me hobbling and dreading to walk or put weight on it. Almost instantly, these insoles magically gave me the relief I needed to work my 10 hour shifts on a hard floor, in a retail store. It was well worth the $20+.

This product was a little too wide. too hard and too large for my size. I had to trim twice to fit shoes. No gauge of where to cut. Arch support too high for me. Felt like a stone in my shoe. The rubber is not too soft and not too hard. Would of preferred a lower arch in medium.
