Does what it says. It's been so helpful tracking my ph regularly to get to know my cycle better. I know what my ideal ph is now and how to get it by tracking ph after certain foods and activities. Also helps me prevent BV by telling me when my ph is too acidic.

This is a great product if you're not a woman on hormones as it did not really state that when I bought it or I did not see it in the fine print somewhere. As someone who battled constance infections , this was a must have.

I wanted to test the accuracy of this product, so I tested several different things. When I used it for myself, I also tried it 2 different ways, which both were accurate. This product is easy to use and I’d purchase it again.

I bought this product because my pH balance was off then it was normal then off, and I couldn’t figure out what I was doing to throw it off. With the test strips I’m able to stay on top of it. The only thing is I wish the colors were different. The blues looks the same inleast you stare at it but you can tell the difference between acidic and alkaline.

Your PH is your responsibility and I say that respectfully. Women have to understand that so many things can upset our PH balance whether it’s wearing tight clothing, the wrong type of panty, food etc. These strips can help you get on the right track. It’s best to know what’s going on down there and you get a great amount of strips that’ll last you a long time. I’m not a medical professional but these are NOT use to test for transmitted infections so please seek help if you have any issues.

The test strips work but you then have to go online to see the colors mean.

Ho già acquistato due confezioni nel tempo a causa di una disbiosi cronica della flora batterica vaginale. Quando non sto bene il pH è blu (pH maggiore) e quando sto bene il pH è verde chiaro/verde acido (pH basso). Quando inizio a vedere una variazione verso il blu utilizzo i miei probiotici vaginali e ripristino subito la situazione! Per cui mi aiuta a monitorare come sto. Attendibile perché mi dà sempre riscontro corretto con il mio stato di salute. L'importante è chiudere bene il flacone perché non prenda umidità. Attenzione, rileva disbiosi o infezioni batteriche che causano variazioni del pH. La candida, ad esempio, che non è un batterio, non necessariamente causa cambiamenti del pH, per cui potrebbe non rilevarla! Consigliato!

I don’t know how but I had an obvious yeast infection and the strips gave me level 4.5. It always turns out as a 4.5 for me?!

Ordered this in Sept, expiry date is in Oct 2023?! And how is this not stated anywhere in the product details.
