Great Customer Service
I picked this embosser because it was the best design I had found. The first one came in the mail and it really only worked on computer paper. On a lot of my books the upper text didn’t really come thru no matter how hard I pushed, and on others it just punched right thru the paper. I reached out to the seller and they were very supportive and willing to help. They sent me a new press and it works like a charm. Cool product, great service!

Really good quality. Thoroughly impressed.
This product has great craftsmanship. It did have a little bit of a learning curve with assembly of the two pieces, but once it worked it knocked it out of the park. Easy to read the embossing, visually appealing, and embossing size is roughly the size of a half dollar. Great value! Highly recommend purchasing!

As pictured
Good quality and embosses as described. Wish there was a bit more space between the embosses image and the hinge. The only downside is that because the plates and hinge are so close together, there are limited options on where it can be used on a page (must be used on bottom of page). This means that on some books, the only option for placement is over words written at the bottom of a title page. Otherwise, quality is good.

Excellent!
Well done! The embossers (I ordered two) work very well and are very well made!!! They look like expensive tools! They came with a beautiful pouch, too!!! Noteworthy as well is the company addressing a change I made to all caps in a message I sent them after the orders were placed! I ordered expedient shipping for a low price, and the package was here in ,or about, a couple of days. Such a good price!!! I am so pleased!!!

FAST SHIPPING! And my mom loved it
Not only did they go above and beyond for the custom saying I wanted that other companies turned down doing, but they shipped so quickly I received it well before my moms birthday (and I tend to cut things like this close). She loved it and started using it right away! It was very easy for her to figure out without reading the directions and even for people like me with long gaudy nails or my grandmother who has frail hands we all were able to use it with ease! Amazing product 10/10

Total crap.
I was so excited to receive this as I have many volumes that I anticipated personalizing. I absolutely love the look of it, however, the design of the contraption is terribly flawed. It works fairly decent on thicker paper of hardback books. But unfortunately, when used on most paperbacks, because of the pressure being applied in a "back-to-front" motion-- as opposed to it being applied in a more centralized or spread out fashion, the customer is unfortunately left with two choices. Either A) press hard enough to get the top of the seal imprinted and thus punch through the paper entirely on the bottom half, or, apply just enough pressure to give a good seal on the bottom half but do not get good/appropriate pressure on the top half. (Thus, ending up with half an embossed seal.) This is because the top lever applies the vice (on the discs) in a forward motion. Ergo on thinner paper it doesn't move forward "enough" to properly seal the top half before punching through the paper on the bottom half. Therefore .....I love the look when a person can get an even seal on the appropriate thickness of paper, but that is just not possible on the majority of paperbacks with the thinner paper. If they could redesign this to press more evenly, I believe this problem could be alleviated.
