This is an amazing product. This has all the qualities of an aluminium pan plus strong and heavy built. I have tried cooking in it many times and it is non reactive to salt. It looks like brand new after each use. It won’t dent like normal aluminium pan. I use it every day. At first I was in doubt of the durability of the anodization. But now I am confident, it is truly steel spoon safe and can easily wash off any sticking leftovers with a steel scrub. One thing that made me sad is that we cant fry egg in it. It is kind of matte finish inside so egg will stick to it even if we use oil. PS: any pan can be damaged if you handle carelessly.

Nice kadai - it has some non stick effect - not exactly like teflon coated one. But with some more oil it works near to non stick

I purchased the 1.5l kadhai (my hand is there in the pic for size reference) only for deep frying purposes because the larger kadhais require a lot of oil. So I think it fits my purpose pretty well. As always hard anodized is sturdy and you can always trust futura for quality cookware. I also own a 2.5l induction bottom kadhai that I've used since a year. It's performing well.
