Milano is a good, trusted product and gives peace of mind when it comes to water quality. I’m not sure about the after-sales service yet, but I hope it will be as good as the product itself. Additionally, I opted for Salama Care for an extra 3 years of coverage after the standard 1-year warranty, which adds more confidence to the purchase. Danube delivered damage RO Machine it’s been more than 19 days but no one even called me for replacement or installation when ever I call they said with in 2 days some one will call you some time they said we are arranging the Brocken parts will never recommend to go for Milano worst customer services no one are ready to take accountability they are just dragging hear and there and postposing customer problems

Very bad customer service , for installation we have to follow up few days and keep reminding them , it took 6-7 workings for sending installation person minimum and maximum no one knows.. Product is in offer price , but the maintance cost is very high

Delivery was a couple of days late - hence the missing star. Happy to have switched to this since it saves a lot of plastic from the lids of big water delivery jugs. No taste or concerns with the water dispensed.

Though it took sometime to do the installation, it is done good.

Machine price is low but Annual maintenance contract price is almost close to new machine price 😁. Making money from after sales service...indirectly recommending to buy new machine every year 🙄
