Received the order with very dirty condition of lunch box like somebody step on lunch box And the lunch box isn't leakproof like what it said ... Its totally leaked 100 %

The product sent was damaged. It had a cut on the tiffin like done with a blade or a scissor and the fork inside dint look new. It had marks. Cutlery was not clean.
