Great,lovely looking pen. Didn't like it as a ballpoint so switched the refills to gel refills. It's so good my daughter bought her own.

It is lovely. Upgraded to gel ink G7 and I'm happy. It was very cheap. There are others in the same line but difference is just cosmetic. Lovely clicker. Looks serious. Nice thickness. Bit lighter than what I am used to but that's fine. I usually use fountain pens. Wanted this for reminiscing when I was a kid. Also the blue ink that comes with it is also good. Nice flow. You just get one.

Very happy with the quality of the pen

I write with a ballpoint for several hours each day, so my main priority in choosing one is that it be comfortable to hold. For the past few years I've been using a posh Parker that I inherited from my Dad and that was absolutely perfect for me, but this week, sadly, it fell apart in my hand. I bought this IM because it was the model that looked the one most similar to my dear old friend. Old Faithful was a bit thicker than ballpoints usually are, so I expected that the IM's generous girth would be an advantage; but to my surprise, it's actually a bit too big for me, and I'm now using a bottom-of-the-range plastic-barrelled Parker Jotter instead. One lives and learns...!

Brilliant workhorse pen with easy to obtain refills in the UK and US markets.

This is a fantastic pen, I bought it for my husband as a Christmas present it writes very well, and as someone who has written three books in longhand, he wishes he had had this pen for that. I only have one niggle, as I say this pen goes everywhere with him, and on Wednesday when my husband and I went into town to shop, he put the pen in his inside pocket, when he went to get it out the clip was lodged in the lining of his jacket and he ended up whilst trying to get it free snapping the clip off the pen. which is a bit of a pain. but as he says the pen is fantastic and he would never be without it, he uses it daily, and as a member of our parish council, he uses it at all the meetings. So, all in all, we are very pleased with it, Parker has produced a pen that will go on for years, as long as they keep producing the refills. Thank youParker Maureen Palmer

Why did you choose this product over others?: I particularly like Parker ball pens because they are refillable and good value for money. They have a good surface to hold my grip therefore good to use.

I bought the Parker IM ballpoint pen in metallic blue and I would give that five stars. I wanted another IM ballpoint pen, so I bought this thinking it would be the same great pen. I was wrong! This pen came in a cheap looking cardboard box. It's very light. It rattles. The tip is shiny plastic. The quality is shocking. I don't think this is a real Parker pen. I'm sending this back and getting my money back.
