Melchiorri Tartufata White Truffle Sauce, 9.88 Ounce

This is as close to fresh white truffles - and we've enjoyed more than a few in America, Italy & France - as anything we have ever tried in the US. We prefer this white version on/with pasta dishes, and the black version on russet frites with a nice steak. Enjoy, and ciao ciao!

I put this on my egg wraps every morning. You only need a small amount like half a teaspoon and a packs so much umami flavor.

I use to get this tartufata at a restaurant I worked at some time back. I loved it and since then I’ve been ordering it here and have been handing them out to loved ones as gifts for a few years now. The last order every single jar was noticeably loose and one jar leaked. It’s pretty upsetting to feel like you might loose 270$ on a condiment you want to give as gifts to loved ones. . This is the last I will be ordering because we can’t guarantee the product and neither can you and there is no way to fix the issue if one arises.
