Great hay and great customer service!
When I first received the box of hay there had been a mix up and I received the wrong type. Unfortunately I'm allergic to the type they sent so they quickly sent a new box 🙂. It looks delicious lol and my guinea pigs love it! They also allowed me to donate the other box to our local shelter and the bunnies are loving their hay too! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful green and fragrant
This hay was beautiful, green, and fragrant. It is course hay so it was pretty stiff and crispy.

Decent.
Good smell. Comparable to oxbow small pkg. Love how they package it in a plastic bag to keep it fresh. Kinda dusty going from mid to the bottom tho. Will try again

It is worth of your money. no dust at all. and the hay is green and looking so good. I wish I could afford it more but yes! if you can afford it, it is really good product.

My lop/dwarf bunny loves it!
I was searching for another type of grass other than Timothy hay that my bunny would like, to swap him out of Alfalfa hay which he absolutely loves. But I know Alfalfa is sweet and he should be weened off at a certain age, so I’m super happy I was able to find this version of Oat Hay which he loves. He prefers 1st cut Timothy with lots of seed heads, and this Coarse Oat Hay also has some seed heads which others do not. So he took to this right away and it’s healthier now than Alfalfa, win win!

Sad. Not as good as before
This was my bunny’s favorite, however, my recent purchase was very bad. She didn’t like it and cause more than half are dumped with her weight loss. I still have little of previous purchase left ( soft version), so I changed it instead. She still love that. I compared these two boxes. The recent one is not fresh, with no good smell and softer than the soft box.

Pigs approve!!
Hay is very course and crunchy. Smells and looks fresh. Pigs run for it when I open the bag. Ordered a bigger bag this time. Might try Timothy hay too!! Update:. Good until the last 1/3 of the bag. Started to get very dusty with short pieces. Pigs won't touch it at that point. Still good until that point.
