Laptop Screw Kit

Screws fit nicely in my laptop, used it to replace missing screws from bottom cover which went missing. I like this case of screws specifically because it is labeled with where and what sizes are in each slot tray. I ordered previously from a different brand and it did not have it labeled or a manual for the sizes of screws in each slot tray, I had figure it out. -Get this one to make your life easier and save time on having to figure out the sizes of screw. -Durable metal screws -Okay value for around 10$, if you can get it on sale for a lower price it would be better. -Comes with small screw driver

These screws seemed very capable and well put. However, the screw sizes just didn't meet my particular application and so I had to return them. But what I can say is that they all had nylok on the end of the screws and they all were looking very sturdy and not cheaply built. I would totally buy these again if they would've fit the application I needed. Maybe not the problem of Bolt Dropper but as soon as I bought these screws they went down in price...not sure if that was by design or bad luck...but I didn't keep them only because they were not what I ultimately needed.

I bought this mostly to repair my butterfly knife, because it had a couple loose and stripped screws that would pose a hazard if left as they were, and I needed screws that would A.) fit and 2.) keep a strong hold for a long time. I didn't want them to become loose again and end up injuring myself or, God forbid, someone else. With a constrained budget, I was very glad to have found these, which reportedly fit my criteria, according to both the description and the reviews, while offering a decent affordable price. For the most part, it was. When I received the set, I really liked the case. Everything was separated according to the incredibly useful label, and the compartment for the screwdriver had extra room that I could use to hold and keep track of the screws I need and/or the screws I take out. Nothing was out of place upon arrival, and even after being constantly shaken up and turned upside down over time, everything appeared to stay in its rightful compartment. Due to the design of the closure, however, I suspect that after a while of opening and closing the box, the plastic will wear out and snap off. I haven't had this problem yet, but it's a common issue with this type of clasp. Only time will tell when or if this will happen, though. Hopefully, I'll have gotten enough use out of the product before then. It's been almost a year now since I ordered this (Nov. 17, 2021, reviewing Oct. 27, 2022), and everything I've used the screws in is holding up well, particularly the butterfly knife. Nothing has come loose or fallen out, even through the constant, often jarring, movement of the knife. The screws themselves do look and feel sturdy, so this isn't really surprising. Unfortunately, the blue coating is not consistent across all the screws, but I'm honestly not technologically intelligent enough to judge whether (or how much) it affects the efficacy. The screwdriver is a little awkward to hold, being so small, but for the sake of keeping it a compact set, I understand. (It doesn't take long to get used to it anyway, so I personally don't mind.) Thankfully, the shaft is long enough to always reach exactly where I need it to, especially with RC toys. (If you've ever had to take one of those apart, you know exactly what I'm talking about, haha.) A nice added feature is that the tip of the screwdriver seems to be somewhat magnetic, so I don't have to fumble with my giant fingers to pick up the tiny screws. True to the description, the tip of the screwdriver is resistant to stripping the screws from the set, but I'd advise you to be careful with screws not from the set. I don't know why, but I've had a few that seemed close. In truth, as much as I love this set, there is one glaring issue that really brings down my rating -- the screwdriver is no longer usable. Although I've had this set for almost a year now, I've only had occasion to use it for a handful of projects, and it's already broken. Whatever held the shaft in place in the handle isn't doing its job anymore, so when I try to tighten or loosen a screw, it just turns inside the handle. I've tried various types of glue and adhesive, but it never sticks for long. This is a major letdown because the screwdriver was one of the main reasons I chose this product over others, and without it, the screws are useless to me. If I ever want to use any of these screws again, I have to buy another screwdriver, which I'm not exactly in the position to be doing at the moment. Obviously, I wouldn't have expected the screwdriver to last forever, but I definitely would have expected, and wanted, it to last more than a handful of projects. All of that said, do I recommend this product? Yes, actually. Although the screwdriver included may not hold up to frequent use, the screws themselves are very reliable, and I'd say they're worth the price alone. However, that really depends on your personal budget and purposes. Take everything into consideration, and don't just take my word for it.

Great item very good price and wonderful quality the screws worked for my asus laptop notebook if you are wondering what size fits the back panel for the battery section the size will most likely be the M2.5x6 it’s the left side of the box 3 sections down please be careful with the screwdriver it is very light with no weight it could strip the screws if not properly adjusted

I Lost a lot of small screws for my gaming laptop so I use these to replace and they fit very well.

After going through various order of single sizes, I finally purchased this set of various sizes. I wish I had done this sooner. Great for GPU repairs/re-pasting or any general computer work.

Was working to restore my old MBP 2009, lost a lot of screws. This kit got everything you need to complete the restoration. Great quality, no duds in the case. Also replaced 2 screws on Acer Predator PH315-52

La caja de tornillos viene bastante bien surtida, es para alguien a quien le gusta entretenerse con un mantenimiento sencillo de sus dispositivos. PROS: - Tiene gran variedad de tornillos, y son suficientes como para reemplazar la tornillería de 2 laptops por cada medida. - Se sienten de buena calidad. -Vienen bien sellados con un plástico que cubre la caja por lo que no se desacomodan. -Incluye un desarmador de cruz que funciona para todos los tornillos, no es de gran calidad pero hace su trabajo. CONTRAS: - La caja de plástico se cierra con un par de pestañas que con el abrir y cerrar se va desgastando y después la caja se abre fácilmente, por lo que si se lleva en alguna mochila podría volverse un desastre. La paquetería de amazon fue como siempre un acierto.

Good product but price is slightly high

Worked well for my purpose. I was missing a screw from my MSI gaming laptop. I guess they don't bother tightening screws in China what with all the high wages and workers rights in the sweat shops. Anyways, this worked like a charm, now I have 399 screws left for....leaving on the floor in the kitchen at night for some unsuspecting person to step on.
