The key is flexible enough to reach and unlock hard to reach ethernet jacks (google wifi)

Only receive 8 of 10
There is a hole in the bottom of the plastic back, sealed with the sticker with checkmark like a quality check. The content is only 8 plugs instead of the description and picture of 10 plugs. It seems officially taken out with a small hole from bottom of the packaging plastic and seal it with the Quality Assurance from the company. Nice trick.

Child lock out
No, I can lock my ports, so my child canāt hook his computer straight to the Internet when heās in trouble, his desktop does not have Wi-Fi and requires a cord but these lock the ports, so he canāt use them

Not what I thought
No use for the key. My son was able to get the locking mechanism out with his fingernail

As long as you know this and purchase the correct pairs these are a good option. Keep in mind these are also designed ...
Used for a number of customers. Note - if you've never used these before the "colors" are not interchangeable - they are keyed differently. White port blockers require the white key, red requires the red key etc. As long as you know this and purchase the correct pairs these are a good option. Keep in mind these are also designed for permanent/semi-permanent install. Not designed for frequent insertion / removal.
