Kiara Sky Dip Powder White Tones 1 oz, Winter Wonderland

I took this to the nail salon. Very pretty milky white with light glitter.

I had to learn how to do my own dip because of Covid-19 shuttering businesses like nail salons. With my paper-thin fingernails I needed a solution quickly. I watched a few videos online and ordered the stuff and while I will be first in line to get them professionally done when the shops reopen, I am getting by. This stuff is easy to use if you order a 4-step kit. And this color- it adds iridescent glitter to other colors. I usually wear a nude or a pale pink but I was having trouble when I went to order determining the color of many of the Kiera Sky powders. I ordered this and powderpuff pink which is a clear with a pinkish cast like you might use for french tips. What I like to do is two dips of this iceburg and one of the powderpuff pink and the glitter obscures any of my lack of skill or irregularities in my application. My nails look great and I got everything I needed for only a little more than one trip to the salon (includes the rotary tool) and I've done them three times now so my supplies have more than paid for themselves. This color is great. If you had a color you wanted to add glitter to you could probably mix some of this in.

Adorable milky white dip! I love it! I did 2 coats of build, 2 coats of milky white, and encapsulated some flower stickers in my clear dip. Very cute dip powder.

This was my first time using dip powder. I'd done some research on how to use it and liked the reviews for the Kiara Sky brand of products so that's what I went with. I'd looked through other's photos to pick my first color and Winter Wonderland seemed like a great one to start with - it looked really pretty but subtle. It did not disappoint! It turned out just as lovely as I had hoped. Really great for a polished everyday look. I absolutely love this delicate looking glitter!! Besides this color I bought the essentials kit (with the bond, base, sealant & top coats) and I bought the clear powder too in order to seal in the glitter before filing and shaping like I'd seen in their instructional video on youtube. I also got OPI lint free wipes because apparently it is really important to wipe the nails with rubbing alcohol after applying the 2nd coat of sealant and before applying the top coat. The ones I bought (listed below) also had a cuticle pusher which was actually really nice and also came in handy to help scoop the powder onto some of my nails. But I just took my time, followed the directions, and I am super pleased with how it turned out!! I will definitely be getting more colors to try. I have always had a hard time finding the perfect milky white nail powder color. I FINALLY found the color, after years. But I notice after a few days, it starts going yellow. But let me say, I'm not a smoker, there's no one in my household that smokes, I don't use tanning beds, ECT. I don't want to blame the product, because it could be something as simple as the top clear coat that I'm using. I've been doing my own nails for years now and never had a yellowing color problem happening on my nails. I still say give this a try, it's a beautiful neutral milky white color, just have to figure out what's causing the yellowing after a few days.

Got tired of going to the nail salon and paying $50. I like my nails very short and I cut my cuticles to the skin pretty much, I always felt like they were super annoyed every time they had to do my nails bc I like them so short (I would think it’s easier?) … anyways! My go to is funny bunny and this is just as good if not better! Absolutely love them and they look exactly the same if I went to the nail salon! I used 3 dips to get it to this color. Which, 3 is what they would do in salon also. Will purchase again :) .. probably try the black next!

I love this dip powder! It's so beautiful and it's the perfect milky white. I used it with the gel method instead of the actual dip method, it came out so good and to me so much better. It can be a little sheer so I used three layers to achieve the color I wanted and finish it off with one coat of top coat. It's my new favorite color and I'm in love 💕

This is exactly what I was looking for! It's the perfect milky white.. not too bright, not too translucent. I did three coats of the dip and then buffed and two coats of top coat -- 5 days later, the color is still beautiful and no chips, cracks, etc. Very easy to work with, buffs nicely.
