Incredible, affordable knives for those looking to up their kitchen game without breaking the bank
So, I'm not much of a cook. I watch a ton of cooking content and have tried to get into cooking over the years but I'm still, at best, a novice. As such, I never really paid any attention to the kind of kitchen knives I had. My wife and I were gifted some solid knives (Cuisinart, so it was a well-known brand) at our wedding, and they've worked just fine over the years. On a bit of a whim, I decided to order myself some of these Paudin knives after doing a bit of research and buying my brother some (much more expensive) knives for Christmas, because since I don't do a ton of cooking but wanted to see what the fuss was about with better knives, I figured a brand that's been well reviewed as affordable but functional would be a good "starter" set as I try to branch out more with my work in the kitchen as a home "cook." And goodness, I can absolutely tell the difference. These knives are a DELIGHT to work with. They're razor sharp out of the box, feel amazing in the hand, and incredibly sturdy and ergonomic. Baked up a bunch of chicken strips tonight so that I could chop it up for salads and wraps for meal prep this week, and the ease with which these cut through it is absurd. It was a genuinely wonderful experience. That was with the chef's knife. I've played around with the nakiri knife and the paring knife as well, mostly chopping up and peeling apples for my son, and it's genuinely such a night and day difference in terms of ease of cutting and how effortless the process is, I just could not recommend these more highly if you're in a similar situation where you're not an avid cook but looking for something that's affordable but extremely high quality. They feel great, they look great, the blades are the perfect thickness/sharpness straight ouf of the box, the size of the knives and the comfort of the handles is just fantastic. I love these knives and am so happy with the purchase.

Sharp, comfortable trio for daily prep
This PAUDIN 3-piece set covers everyday prep without clutter: the chef knife handles most chopping/slicing, the utility handles sandwich work and smaller produce, and the paring knife is great for peel/trim jobs. All three arrived sharp with clean, even edges and a comfortable, non-slip handle that doesn’t create hot spots during longer sessions. Balance feels right around the pinch grip on the larger knife, so rocking cuts are smooth and controlled. Edge retention has been solid after a week of daily use (veg, proteins, citrus). A few passes on a honing rod brought them right back between sessions. Fit and finish are tidy—no gaps at the handle, and the spine/choil are smooth enough not to dig into your finger. They glide through onions, tomatoes, and herbs without tearing, and the chef knife has enough stiffness to portion chicken cleanly. Care is simple: hand-wash, dry immediately, and store in a block or on a magnetic strip; avoid the dishwasher to protect both edge and handle. If you’re upgrading from mismatched knives, this trio is a clean, professional-feeling starter that handles 95% of kitchen tasks.

Well Worth the Price, High Quality and super Sharp
This Knife set has a Chiefs & paring Knife that I love, Super Sharp and well balanced The Nakiri I'm still getting used to I've been using for some unknown reason a Chinese Chiefs knife, I still belive this shorter blade will fill all my needs So far the Nakiri is the only knife I've use on food for a week, I still use the Chinese Chef's knife a bit I'll see how it turns out in the next months It may just work So well I don't even notice it

Padding knives
Excellent, very sharp knives. They handle well and are weighted but not heavy.

Cuts Like a Dream
The vegetables and meat are now sliced perfectly in just one move. The handles fit perfectly in my hand and don’t cause any strain even after long use. They look stylish and feel high-quality. In short, it’s a set that’s definitely worth the price, and I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys spending time in the kitchen.
