It is a beast; it is sturdy and I am worry-free
You are likely here looking for a sturdier canopy than the one that just collapsed due to a light storm with moderate rain and wind. Do not be disappointed anymore; this ABC canopy 10x20 is a beast. I have it up all the time and don't have to worry about it in any normal storms coming through, the video/pics show a storm with rain coming down all night and 40-50 mph wind gusts; it did not budge (I did lower it all the way; my kids mostly use this anyway so I keep it lowered a lot, it is still about 5 foot tall on the side). Many cheaper canopies are not built to shed rain and they collapse due to the pooled water on top; as you can see, there is no puddle forming on top of this canopy. The 10x20 version has 3 poles and trusses which ensure the center does not collapse. If you are considering getting a canopy with an easy pull setup that does not have trusses, I would think again. I do wish that it came with longer stakes and a heavier weight system; I just have in the small sub 1 foot stakes that came with it and some other stakes I had lying around as well as filling each sandbag with up to 15lbs of sand (note with the wide hexagon posts that it does not fit the normal square style canopy weights). However, it is clearly not going anywhere even with the current setup so I am happy. The setup on this canopy is straightforward; I was actually able to manhandle it up by myself but it is heavy. I also like that I can order replacement parts for anything on this canopy if ever needed, which was a bummer for my last canopy. You may be thinking this is an expensive canopy, and it is a decent chunk of money, but you are still likely comparing this to canopies that do not use steel and trusses to keep the structure strong and poles to keep water from pooling on top. You get what you pay for. If you want to buy cheaper sub $100 canopies and have to replace them every time you think it can handle a random light storm, that's up to you. But I am worry-free and enjoying the hot summer outside in the shade.

Great and sturdy canopy
I purchased this canopy to use at my son’s sporting events. Prior to this purchase I had owned many other canopies that were flimsy and damaged easily. This ABCCANOPY Commercial pop up canopy has been a lifesaver . It is sturdy and built to last. It has been providing great shade for not only our family but those around us. Setting up is easy and can be done on your own but having an additional pair of hands never hurts. The canopy is slightly heavier than others I owned in the past but is easy to transport thanks to the large wheels affixed to the traveling bag. When I did have a slight issue with one of the few plastic parts on the canopy I emailed customer service. They replied swiftly and mailed out the replacement part.

My go to brand for Pop Up Canopies.
An excellent, affordable, incredibly sturdy, pop up canopy. I was able to heat press my logos onto the vinyl. Can be set up with one guy.

You’re sturdy canopy tops.
The quality of the material is very good. The ease of putting up is like anything else. I suppose it took me a little bit of learning to figure out how to raise them and then what order to do that and how to bring them down they work really well on the coast here in Oregon Though any canopy is going to have problems when it gets really windy. They seem to be very stable with weights.

Great Customer Service after the Sale!
Great tent frame, very heavy duty compared to others I have owned. The top has a defect from the factory. I worked with ABC support to get a new one shipped to me quickly. New top was free from defects and I am happy with the speed of the service provided. Tent is huge, first time I have owned a 10x20. Got tried of putting 2 together and having rain the middle getting chairs wet. Functions with no issues, and is easy to put up and take down considering the size. Will buy from ABC again if I need another canopy.

NOT A TRUE 10x15 - Commercial-grade frame & bag, hobbyist-grade cover...terrible service
The good: Super sturdy frame and the peak tensioner is a great feature that I am familiar with having helped other vendors put these up. So I know how well made these ABC frames are made. And my stakes still fit in the holes of the feet. The bad (aka why I deducted three stars): The canopy cover reeks of fish. WTH?! Hopefully the first use will air that out...a little UV will hopefully kill the odor This is NOT a true 10' x 15' canopy!!!!!!!!! it measures 9'10" x 14'8". So it is 2" shy on one side and 4" shy on the long side. This is super misleading and the dimensions should have been fully disclosed in this listing. Since I needed a commercial-grade pop-up canopy, I opted for this upgraded model as it was the strongest with the hex legs and specifically states it is a "COMMERCIAL" canopy. This is important as I am not an occasional vendor....this is my livelihood...I needed all the commercial features in my canopy and being that this is not my first rodeo, I already have all the walls I need and didn't mind so much that there was no upgraded models with side walls here on amazon. My current walls are just fine and saving 150 bucks is a welcome thing. Cut to delivery....I unbox only to find that the cover does NOT have the hook tape around the edge to attach the walls. SERIOUSLY? How can this be a professional/commercial model and not have this vital feature? So I called support only to find phone support is just for boat covers and that I must email. So that's what I do. And the reply was pretty much like getting flipped off by the company. Their suggestion was to purchase a cover for 150 bucks. Seriously? had I known ahead of time I might have gone with Eurmax or MasterCanopy. But at this point, I have run out of time and I just have to sew on my own hook tape which I am fully capable and skilled at doing - I just wanted to avoid any extra work since I am pressed for time which is why I spent the extra hundred of the "commercial top-end model" So be aware, if it does NOT come with side walls, it will NOT have hook-tape on the cover. Oh yeah....and the cover that it comes with is a lot thinner than their replacement covers. --------- EDIT/UPDATE: more bad news folks (and why I took another star off my rating....after spending the extra 60 bucks on hook tape to sew on so I could attach side walls, I was able to get up-close and personal with every inch of this canopy top and I found no less than FIVE places where the seams we improperly stitched and a few extra places where the fabric was folded underneath the heat seal tape and had to carefully lift the heat seal tape to remove the tuck of fabric that should not have been there. I had to spend MORE money on awning repair tape to fix the now-unsealed seam. THEN, upon setting it up for the first time, I could see that the cover does not fit properly - the front panel face gets pulled upwards towards the top face....even when I release to roof peak tensioner. so using the velcro tabs distorts the shape even more. That would not be so bad BUT the frame joints are all skewed/tilted where they should be squared. I don't know if ABC has dropped the ball when it comes to quality or I got the one disastrous tent off the assembly line. I'd email support but they already gave me the finger once, I am not about to waste any more time on problems they will refuse to fix. And all above issues aside, the cherry on top is the lack of sewn-in CPAI cert tag. ALL canopies I have ever owned has had these tags sewn in. This one does not. But they will email you a PDF of the testing document for a red canopy that only has the parent company name on it and not "ABC Canopy". So that being said, if you have/get this tent, print up your receipt and attach it to the printed PDF they should send you upon request. ---------- So this listing is for a "professional/commercial-grade" frame and a "consumer-grade" cover and comes with awful customer service. Do better, ABC

Excellent canopy, perfect.
I was very surprised how quickly we were able to put this up. Solid construction, great for those summer days where the sun is just too much. Disassembly was also very easy, it collapses down and fits right back into the case. The case has a conveniant pocket for the shade material. I kind of want to buy another one to "find a use for it" :-)

The real GOAT
I have cheap $29 canopies (which clearly states not for rain) that feel fragile and seem like they will break while setting up which has endured harsh windy rainstorms and abuse (because the price tag is low enough) without fail. I have owned high-end commercial canopies (which clearly states wind-proof, rain-proof) purchased for over $200 that should be built like a tank but have failed in medium sized storms even when they are well cared for (because their price tags are a bit steep). I have come to learn that all portable pop-up canopies will generally provide decent shade, protect subjects from rain/sunrays and versatile enough to be transported. With that said, there are three main things I desire most in these things: 1-ease of setup (because help is not always available) 2-inside frame (because I like hanging things on them) 3-transport bag (to prolong product, store stakes, store screens) Regarding this particular item (not necessarily the brand), I am able to set it up with great ease BY MYSELF. All portable canopies have the same mechanisms (you know those push buttons that click when in place) but some are so dang hard to push the frame into place that I literally have to take a break between legs. With this canopy, once it is removed from the bag and placed on floor standing up, you spread the legs enough so the frame is high enough to go under. Then you duck down and push the center up with one hand. This will not lock the legs into place but will open and extend fully. Then you may go to each leg and push it into place with ease without little breaks in between. Done. Since the frame is very sturdy and thick, to fold down you simply press the plastic button (way better than the ones you have to pull on a keyring) and the frame will slide down with ease. No helping hand around, kids are busy with their smartphones/videogames? No problem. Once all legs are unlocked, elevate one corner slightly off the ground and move towards the opposite corner until fully folded. Done. I hate those canopies that have frames that crosses at the top like an X and no truss (supporting base frames). Not only is the canopy too high to reach, without a truss, the canopy tip cannot sustain even a little weight. I tried to hang a battery operated LED lantern on it and the canopy caved in. With this product here constructed with a sturdy truss, I can hang a very heavy bulky DeWalt 5,000 lumen worklight with ease without the use of a latter. I can also hang wet clothes and towels. I even managed to clamp a tarp on a corner utilizing the truss to be used as a changing station. So canopies with a truss is very crucial for me. The truss does make the product a bit taller when folded up but the weight is not too significant. Ozark Trail, Coleman, Eurmax, EZup are names of canopies with transport bags that have ripped, deteriorated, too small for canopy, zipper broke or wheels came off under normal use. I'm not a vendor; just an outdoors person. The bag that came with this product is large enough to fit the canopy with ease along with four sidewalls, four empty sandbags, two sunscreen organizers, eight 3" clamps and the included stakes. Though light enough to carry, the attached oversized wheels make this thing very easy to pull through gravel, dirt roads and grass. A friend who challenged me on the ease of setting up this canopy versus his 4x6 Ozark Trail canopy lost miserably. I was able to setup and fold this canopy by the time he was able to set his up. However, he did beat me on putting the canopy back into the bag. Well, he did have a 4x6 vs. my 10x10 and while I have a bag that opens only on one end, he had a bag that opens all the way through. I need to make a video on this battle and upload it here. Overall, I am very happy with this canopy for it's ease of setup, truss system and heavyduty transport bag. I currently have two. I plan to get two more and do away with my 10x20 Ozark Trail that is nearly impossible to setup without someone with enough strength. Though I am tempted to get the ABCCanopy 10x20 to see if it's as easy to use as this 10x10. Hope this helps you decide on your purchase.
