This stop-biting nail polish worked extremely well for us. After applying, it leaves a very bitter taste that immediately reminds the person not to bite their nails. I applied it every other day for my 8-year-old, and it consistently did its job. After about two weeks, the nail-biting habit was completely broken. The only downside is that if you touch your lips, they’ll taste like the bitter polish too. Same with finger foods; fries, tenders, anything you eat with your hands can catch some of that taste. Honestly, it might even double as a diet hack lol. I’d also recommend it for kids who suck their thumbs, because no child is going to want to put a nasty-tasting finger in their mouth. So it works great. Ive gone 5 days now without biting my nails, haven't gone a single day in 20+ years. Just have to stick with it. Only annoyances are it gets on your fingertips and any finger food tastes horrible.

The bitter taste doesn't last as long as I’d hoped. After just a few hours, the effect starts to fade and you will have to apply again. That being said, overall a great buy.

Bottle was leaking and stem had separated from cap. There was still enough product left in the bottle for use. Otherwise, fast shipping.

My daughter (5yo) loved to put her fingers in her mouth especially in public. Instead of playing soccer she’d sit there in the grass biting her nails.
