So for the price I wasn't sure what to expect but this ended up being a great purchase! It is water resistant. My son dropped a couple dropped of juice on it and it didn't soak into the fabric. I included a pic of it. The size is pretty accurate, I have a little bit tucked into the back of my couch and it covers all the seating. I also tried it out on the bottom of a bed and it's long enough to go across a full size bed with 4-5 inches hanging over each side plus goes almost half way up the bed. I have two big dogs so the paw prints on the other side don't hold it in place all the time but I don't think anything will unless it's strapped down lol I had it for about 2 months now and it's still great and works. Even after I have washed it a bunch of times. It doesn't bunch up or anything it comes out soft like a blanket and still water resistant. I'm actually thinking about buying 2 more. U can't beat the price for the quality and durability u get. It's great value for the money!

Overall a great product that is great for dog owners to protect couches. My dog enjoys it and has no issues laying on it. Great looking and protects the couch very well. Only issue is the measurement is a tad off but still functions great. Comfortable for my dog and color is as shown providing great looks and value.

I have several of the Ameritrex Covers. This one, in particular, I got for my daughter's shikibuton (Japanese floor mattress). I didn't want to risk it getting damaged by fluids. As we all know, kids don't always listen when you tell them "no food or drinks in your room"! Thus far, the Anti-Slip backed cover has done an excellent job. The anti-slip helps it to stay in place while I am putting the zippered sheet slip on the shikibuton and it hasn't allowed for any messes (of the illicit drink or "girly" kind) to get seep through. The others I have gotten for my living room (not anti-slip, they are the reversible ones) do a superb job protecting our couches and they look great while doing it! Just enough extra material that I can tuck it in around the cushions (full length of the couch). It looks and feels great. The "twin" size covers just the bottom cushions and the "full" size will cover the top and back of the couch, if desired. They do require tucked back in at the end of the day, but most covers would. As with any waterproof item, I recommend air drying them. I hang them up above my machines after washing them. They are ready to lay back down by the time I'm done doing laundry for the day.

Wonderful product. Durable and definitely repels liquid. Comfortable to sit on, easy to wash, so glad we purchased these. Chose the cream color and the tan. So affordable, we purchased a back up set.

Tldr: decent grip on fabric/material, does prevent liquid from penetrating; not the most comfortable and dimensions are shorter all the way around. Decent if you are on a budget So first with the good: -It holds to the fabric with normal movement, dogs pawing and trying to pull it up will make it move, so it usually stays in place. -The waterproof design does work, but with a lot of saliva it can soak in a little bit still hasn't gone through completely. -I have a Rottweiler and Doberman, they have not tore it up, but I think that's more because of how I taught them not to destroy the sheets. Their claws have torn my sheets before, but they haven't torn through the blanket with their claws. -Lastly, it's not terribly warm under there at first if it is used over your sheets, but it's not cool either. You will get warm if it's over your sheets while you sleep with your dogs. The bad: -You might have seen the other reviews about the dimensions, and they are right. It's not measured correctly so it doesn't fit right. -If not washed with something like borax or something like a laundry sanitizer it can smell a little even after washing. I think it's mostly with their saliva and stomach fluid, but the other stuff like urine and water/drinks or wet snacks seem to bead up on it and don't penetrate and don't leave a smell after a wash. -Dogs sometimes don't like the feel of it, but it is likely just mood or temperature. It's smooth to touch but has a sort of rough comforter/sofa protector feel to it. Not the best but it's not like burlap. The biggest issue in my opinion is the size, because you aren't going to get the coverage you think you will. I had originally bought a smaller one for a sofa and it was a little smaller than I ordered but it still fit with extra. So it would have been 4 stars if it was just that, but I ordered a larger one for my new bed and the dimensions were noticeably shorter. It was the 82x82 on a king size bed, and it barely reaches the edge of the sides. I don't pull it up to the pillows but if it's already just under the width, it would be the same in the length. So it gets 3.

So my cats have been having potty issues lately and I didn't know which one it was that was peeing on the bed. Got this thing and lo and behold, my little girl targeted it later on when I wasn't looking. It completely blocked the urine from reaching my blankets, and it's easy to wash and use by just using it as a dust cover during the day to block any further accidents. Great gift for a pet parent, and it's worth the money. The one I got fits a queen size bed just fine, though maybe I might get a bigger one in the distant future. Got mine in burgundy, which is a great color for this sort of deal because it's easy to see any sudden dark spots. Since it's essentially a fabric-style tarp, it's very liquid proof, and since liquid doesn't set in, it doesn't retain a bad smell, which is amazing.

I used this for the puppy training days when I needed to keep my bed safe 😅 I like my dogs to get used to being able to climb into bed with me during the cold months and I got her in December so that’s all she’s known😂. Also keeping her to only one room of the house, my room, for a month before I introduced her to the rest of the house, so she often hopped on the bed to play/nap. First off I want to point out its wonderfully water resistant. Every time I needed to clean an potty accident it never seeped through and I was able to wipe it down with disinfectant wipes and keep using it. I hand cleaned it with disinfectants wipes and such for messes I caught right away, that being said I watched this puppy like a hawk for her first 3 months of life. I did this because water proof/resistant fabric products tend to not work as well if not washed/dried properly. It clearly states to use cold water and tumble dry only. Avoid applying heat if possible! Hair sticks to it, but that also means it’s not flying around! Cleaning up the hair wasn’t a hard task either so that’s a plus! I bought the king size 82x82 and I felt it was a bit small for my king size bed. There was very little lip left over to go over the edges like I wanted it to, but honestly one time my pup peed by the corner and it didn’t spill over on the floor so I guess it was better that it didn’t. I slept under this cover once and I was having a heat stroke I swear, if you’re a furnace at night like myself don’t sleep under this. I slept over this the remainder of the time. And it wasn’t the most uncomfortable but there is some sturdiness/stiffness to it. It doesn’t slide around because of the rubber underneath it, even the zoomies didn’t move it too much. Mostly moved as much as my sheets would give. Honestly this saved my mattress many a times, so I’ll stand by it. The first months of potty training were that much easier thanks to this product. TLDR; 1. Used this for my bed during potty training stage 2. Saved my bed many a times 👍 3. Cleaned with disinfectant wipes for recent accidents. 4. Do not sleep under this if you’re a hot sleeper 5. I slept over and it wasn’t the worst 🤷‍♂️ 6. Cold water and tumble dry ONLY, most water resistant stuff requires the same care 7. Holds onto hair but not a hassle to clean! I would def buy this again 👍
