I have been searching for something that didn't easily bruise my thighs, yet was firm enough to make a difference, and was easy to use. Well, along with the cellulite oil, this does make a difference in your legs, and is perfectly sized! Use it daily for 5 minutes, twice a day if you're wanting faster result, it really works, and is worth the money!

This state tool is so versatile. I put it in the freezer and do a lymphatic drainage. Massage on my face and neck and lymph nightly. It also works very well to get stubborn knots out of your shoulder and shoulder blades. If you use it to try to smooth down the knots on the muscles of your neck and down to the shoulder blade you will hear a crunching sound and it is Really painful but in a good way and the next day you have no pain. Very highly recommended to target any triggerpoints or areas of inflammation or pain in her body.

I love gua sha tools so when I found one specifically designed for the body I got excited. Unfortunately, this product feels cheap as it's not made from the same (material?) as facial gua sha tools and doesn't REALLY help relieve tension as I thought it would. I ended up tossing it after two uses. A little bit disappointed.

Very easy to use and just the right size. The massage feels good and the tool feels very smooth and effective.
