Nice craft kit and my 7 year old enjoyed it though did need some assistance e.g melting the wax. Was a cute xmas gift and kept him busy an hour. You can pop stickers on after and he’s made a few as gifts for friends. Good for kids who like to make things.

Don’t be put off by the small box if this is for a gift, it’s really great and they’ll see how much is inside when they open it. You get - 10 plastic lip balm tubes - a sheet of labelling stickers - a silicon mixing cup - a vial of olive oil - a bag of beeswax pellets - a tin of shea butter - three dropper bottles of fragrance - a plastic scoop - a lolly stick to stir/scrape down sides of cup The instructions were easy to follow. Heating the mixture requires a microwave oven. I would advise laying down paper towels to soak up any spillages. Mixture sets very quickly so you might have to keep re-melting, until you’ve filled up the tubes. Stir it well in-between blasts in the microwave to melt the beeswax pellets - this does take a bit of time. The fragrances were Mint, Strawberry and Watermelon. They smell like children’s lip balm fragrances, but they liked them. I bought this for my 8-year-old and her friend to do on a play date, and they enjoyed it. They did require help and supervision the whole time. Older children probably less so. I’d say this is a perfect gift or toy for ages 8-11

This can be for a wide range of ages. I would say between 8-12 years would enjoy it most. It was a huge hit for the 8 year old I bought it for. From the moment they opened the box, they were excited! It was well organized and felt like a real "spa day" experience for them. The instructions were easy to follow, and I loved that the kit came with everything they needed, including fun flavors and stickers for customizing their lip balm containers. It kept them happily engaged for more than an hour. It was nice because they could create something new that is usable and took them away from wanting to watch TV. Honestly, the quality was pretty good. It feels like normal lip balm from the store which was cool because they got to make it! I appreciated that it was a creative activity that encouraged independence and even a bit of science learning. That was a new experience for them. It is perfect for birthdays, rainy days, or just a fun craft activity. They can keep using it and have a variety of flavors to choose from. I highly recommend it!

this product can be used by children or adults,i got it as a gift for christmas and made the lip gloss.it was easy to make and the lip gloss is perfect love the scents and the lip gloss lasts longer on your lips than the expensive ones you can buy in store,love that is all natural products in it,,only one thing i didnt like was that the tubes ere so narrow and small you have to be really careful when pouring cause it doesnt hold alot.but there is loads of product left over..so you could re use the tubes and fill them agian.ill definitely will be buying this agian for gifts for my godchild and relatives.
