Waxing was a difficult lifestyle choice for me to make, but it is a decision that I do not regret. It was painful at first, but I found that the more I did it, the less painful it became. Now, it doesn't feel painful at all. The results are what is most satisfying. After years of use, it has permanently removed a lot of hair. The hair grows back thinner and more sparse until it doesn't grow back at all. I intend to continue waxing until it is all gone, because electrolysis is not an option for me, but waxing is inexpensive and easy. I think that it is better for me than shaving, which supposedly makes hair grow back thicker.

My wife used to order this every so often but the she noticed the quality became sloppy and she stopped ordering it. Then she ordered again and quality was back to be much better. She highly recommends it !

What did I dislike? I disliked the lady on the commercial who pulled the wax strips off without even a hint of a flinch. Between her and my sis-in-law, I was honestly, wholeheartedly convinced I could no longer go on without these wax straps. In fact I was so convinced I went ahead and ordered a contractor pack so I wouldn't risk running out. My first surprise came when I opened the box and it had a vastly different quantity of oil wipes than wax strips. After eyeing that suspiciously, I proceeded to my second surprise. When I pulled the 'wax' strips apart, I was startled to see that, instead of wax, these flimsy lil pieces of parchment paper were coated with a generous helping of wood glue. The kind countertop manufacturers use to spray on the sheet of pressboard before they putting the laminate on top. So, when the industrial grade glue was slathered on a thin piece of paper, it caused it to curl and stick to the box I set it on while I used the other half of the 'sandwich'. Which leads me to the third and most vivid surprise of all. With a trusting heart. I pressed the gluey pink side onto my skin, making sure that it was really on there. I ripped it off and was treated to such a range of emotions that I saw shooting stars! Breathless panic, blinding pain, and blistering rage washed over me in such quick succession that no noise came out. I was stunned; surely this wasn't at all how it was supposed to be!! Both my sister and the lady on the video had ripped those sheets off without so much as a gasp. They had completely and utterly misled me without even knowing it. Well, I stuck with it (get it?) long enough to do both legs. By this point I had pink goop all over the place... now where were those oil wipes? Oh! I finally managed to fish out a couple and clean up, sort of. I won't go into detail about what happens when oil drips onto a laminate floor and then someone wearing pantyhose walks over it. Let's just say that I've resumed shaving and never looked back. You'd do well to pay attention to this warning and just keep away from this stuff.
