Great, high quality, looks great and does exactly what you need. No paper taste on the brisket. It’s super easy to cut. Thick enough to support a brisket through the stall, and wrap pulled pork. Holds the rendered fat well.

It showed up when I searched for coated butcher paper, because we wanted it for freezing deer meat. Will have to find another option for freezer paper, since the meat bled through it, even after we had aged it. Doesn't tear well, even after creasing it on the tear blade on box. We can use it for smoking and lining.

Used for smoking and works great. It's a bit thicker so there is a bit of an effort required to cut it even with the builtin box cutter. Tip: Pull straight down from one edge to the other, HTH.

Used several times for wrapping meat on the smoker. This is not waxed paper and not designed to store meats in. It's meant for wrapping while cooking and does a good job.
