Flour, Cornbread + Muffin Mix, Gluten Free, 14 Ounce

What I love about King Arthur gluten free cornbread is it tastes great without having too much sugar and it bakes up fluffy and moist. Others I tried were dense and did not compare to the flavor this one had. Easily my favorite cornbread mix.

I’m on the hunt for gluten-free baked goods that do NOT contain tapioca starch, which upsets my stomach. This cornbread is very good, though I could have done with less sugar. Call me a purist for Western cornbread. In 2025 this mix has sorghum flour in addition to cornmeal. Does not taste or feel adapted at all, I could probably pass these off to family as conventional.

This is good quality and tastes good for gluten free. I made it for some family members at a gathering at my home bc the have celiacs. They ate it up.

I used this mix to make corn muffins for a holiday soup and salad gathering. I used almond milk and coconut oil to make them for people who are lactose intolerant. The muffins got rave reviews and there were no leftovers. I would buy this again!

I always get another brand but I ran across this viewing my grocery list from amazon. Very nice product. Recommend it
