Recién recibí el producto. La pelota tiene buen material. No es totalmente lisa ,tiene „ buen agarre“. Es mucho más grande de lo especificado. Mide 14 pulgadas no 9. esto último me decepcionó.

It's just a ball. What can I say.

My physical therapist recommended that I get a pilates ball to help build my stamina, stability, and core muscles, and to increase mobility after a recent surgery. After looking through quite a few brands and styles, I got this one because it was exactly the size I was looking for, and had an air pump. The ball is very sturdy and is super easy to inflate with the included air pump. (As an FYI, the ball hasn’t lost air since I first inflated it.) I am a beginner as far as using a pilates ball, but it is easy to learn proper fitness routines and placement because the ball makes learning exercises so easy. I am so happy that I got this one because it is easy to use, slip resistant, and makes doing physical therapy just a little more fun. I have been able to make some gains by incorporating this ball into my daily workouts so thank you Pro Body, for helping me to get my body back.

I'm not impressed with the quality of this product.

Very nice, comfortable ball to use. I love it! Works for me during exercise and stretching.
