My son uses this as an alternative to prescription medication for gout. It's a good product, that works well, but it is a bit expensive for this economy.

They work really good and help me a lot.

I think the thing that people who post negative reviews fail to realize is that no over the counter product (medication) like this is going to be as powerful as a prescription medication. If you're in the middle of a particularly bad gout attack, or you've eaten large quantities of a food that is going to cause a gout attack, this isn't going to be a magic cure. For the magic cures you need to see a Doctor. This is just a little something extra that helps things along.

I took this a few years back, but I could no longer get it thru amazon, so I tried a few others, I just had an attack a few months ago while going thru the products Yeah! amazon had it again.. what I've learned is to start every morning first thing with a lemon water glass drink it down. That flushes the kidneys, then have a coffee and breakfast with these inflamazols, yes take the two. Don't skip or go to just one per! apples with breakfast is good too. I had two years no attack. I'm worth it!!!LOL

Works, no dang cramps, like the prescription, don't like price, if they could sell it cheaper more would try it, I love my BEER. It don't like me. Gout sucks

I have used this product for one year and have had a good experience. I do not take it regularly/daily as part of a gout prevention regimen, but have used it when experiencing gout attacks. Recently, after a painful attack triggered by consuming too much red meat, I doubled the recommended daily dosage of Inflammazol and drank 48 ounces of tart cherry juice. Within 48 hours my symptoms were completely gone.
