Apparently, these books are very well known in France, but not so much elsewhere. Anyway, I'm glad I learned about them! It's a quick read, the prose is uncomplicated but satisfying, with interesting plots. Most of the characters other than Lupin are quickly sketched in rather than having much in the way of character building, but this is to be expected from their original format. Nice enjoyable light reading.

Everything is perfect, despite there are two parts of books were being squashed. Love the design for the hardcover of the book😊 the inside format isn't as good as the cover, in my opinion. But oh well, the storyline is what matters to me the most. So much in love with Lupin's stories!

I read mine in French but my wife is anglophone; we tried this book in English and I am real pleased at translation so I highly recommend the book and seller as package got delivered rapidly too

Book arrived quickly as advertized. If you like the orignal Sherlock Holmes short stories from the strand you will enjoy Arsene Lupin, who sits on the other side of the detective-criminal relationship.
