If necessary, bend the dental brushes in the appropriate direction to clean even hard-to-reach areas. Clean the brush of food residue and plaque again and again in between - simply hold it under running water. After complete cleaning, rinse the interdental brushes thoroughly and store them in a dry place. The protective cap should be placed on the brush after cleaning. Then brush the teeth as usual. It is best to use a mild fluoride-containing toothpaste to remineralise the teeth and spaces.
