excellent zwift trainer
If you're looking for a zwift trainer this is an excellent selection. Comes fully put together the biggest installation you'll have is selecting your plug type for the power supply. Otherwise plug and play with Zwift. Great quality no issues and probably better than the wahoo units.

Operates pretty smoothly
The setup was not difficult. It stands very stable, and connects very quickly via BT and Ant+. The power measuring is way accurate. The resistance level is plenty, and mimics the road pretty well. I have used it on the Zwift trial, and also with the low quality real videos on the included 1 year free subscription for myETraining. I like the them, I just wish they had them in 1080p. I like that I can read the output on my Garmin, even though it's on the monitor, since I do out of habit. Erg mode is stable, and will increase your average cadence, although I only use it sometimes. Overall, a very good setup, especially for $339 (bought in July). Just had to spring another $55 for an Elite Campy free hub. The trainer includes a free Shimano one, though.

Great upgrade from my wheel-on trainer.
This was a worthwhile upgrade to my wheel-on trainer. Setup was real easy and installing my own cassette was simple. Make sure all the software is upgraded before using. It now works with the Zwift Click virtual shifter and I've had no problems with anything connecting. It's fairly quiet but if you watch TV or videos of some kind while riding you will have to turn the volume up. I've used this trainer with 5 different virtual cycling apps and they all seem to work fairly well.

Manufacturer is slow to respond to support requests and not helpful
Two problems with this trainer. One: the website and data sheet claim that this device has great compatibility with 12 speed MTB. After buying all the adapters and cassettes to get it setup with my bike, I'm finding that there just isn't enough clearance for the derailleur to fit. The derailleur (Shimano Deore) hits the plastic housing. Two: during installation, the directions and manual are ambiguous. You are expected to visit the manufacturer's support site to watch YouTube videos. I reached out to support due to a damaged part. It took support 3 business days to reply and their reply was not helpful beyond what I already knew. I was directed to buy a replacement part from them and to pay $25 S&H. The time and effort it will take me to get this setup and working for a 12 speed MTB just isn't worth it.

Good, but definitely not perfect.
This trainer has worked well for me in its basic functions (generating resistance and measuring power). It has reliably connected to Zwift and allowed me to work out. I do have 2 areas that cause some pain, though: 1. ERG mode startup is painful most of the time. Even sometimes without ERG mode, the first few pedal strokes have insanely heavy resistance. I experience this on Zwift since that's what I use - not sure if other software does it as well. This should be fixable in firmware, so it's the most actionable thing I have. 2. The stability is consistent, but the trainer is quite inflexible. As opposed to other (mostly much more expensive) trainers with some flex left/right, it causes a lot of saddle pain while riding. I actually came back to the reviews page originally to see if anyone else had a solution! Your seat *will* feel harder and more uncomfortable on this than on the road.

Solid trainer
Has a great feature set. Have been able to pair with Garmin, Mywhoosh, and Zwift. Holds watts well in ERG mode and also quickly adjusts to changes. Performance in ERG mode works well with structured training. Also works well in free ride mode. Happy with this purchase, especially for the price I paid.

Best purchase ever. Use daily. Climb around 8000 to 12000m per week and race 2 to 4 times per week on Rouvy. Was connecting via Bluetooth until last week when I had to change to ant+ (windows 11 Bluetooth power saving issues which won't disable). Both options work perfectly You can see the trainer in action by visiting bikeanddogtripsvirtualcycling on youtube
