Cannot emphasize the efficiency and simplicity of this device and its function. Turn key setup and use.Top notch packaging. Good build quality.opened package, plugged in device, downloaded iXpand drive App from App Store and….Storage device firmware updated, photo back up completedfor 1745 files (photos and videos) of size 13 GB in ~30min. All the while I was doing something else.Even better, photos backed up where organised in folder structure of year and month. (Bliss moment)Usually something like this takes a lot of effort, focus and time.Excellent utility for anyone looking to simplify backing up iPhone photos, videos and contacts.Purchased : 24 Nov 2024 for 6500₹.Will post 6 month update later or when I face any issues.

Purchased this for my wife who is still using her iPhone X. As she ran out of space we thought of shifting all the photos to our windows laptop which never works for some reason. Finally got this and it effortlessly transferred all the photos to itself. It comes with its own user friendly app which will help you setup how you want to backup. A very neat device which will be helpful to all those who are running out of space in their phone.

The iXpand drive is very intuitive in usage. It prompts for installation of the iXpand app, as soon as its inserted into the lightning port. It also updates itself. Then the backup operations are also prompted for, including "delete" options for the phone memory. The speed is good. On the USB side, it connected without problem to the laptop, and I was able to save the backed up photos without any issues. Its a great solution to iPhone backup. I have used HooToo router based backup, and the iXpand is far better in convenience and speed. The price is high, but the convenience is worth it.

It’s pretty easy to use as you just have to download an app.Transferring data to a laptop is so smooth now since I don’t use a MacBook.64gb Storage capacity was enough for me Cz I anyway transfer everything on a external hard drive via a laptop.Price was a little expensive in comparison to other phone flash drives.But I’m happy with the purchase Cz it solves my problem of running out of storage on iPhone.

I bought a new Sandisk 256 gb external storage , when I connect to my iphone 13 it doesn’t show in files app , i downloaded the Sandisk memory zone through which I can back up , but it backs up everything we can’t select pictures, Vedios , I have tried all the methods of formatting, the earlier app I expand is no more available , they have not even mentioned it. Memory zone app is worst, it’s a scam money wasted. I specially bought it coz I wanted to use for both iPhone and iPad for work. I’m broken, I need refund .

For X or XR it works perfectly. For 15 pro max one has to work via Files application - save in a folder “NO NAME” in Files . Then it is saved in this sandisk. It appears that Sandusky has to upgrade .

The product has very good build quality and has a slim shape. The ease of storing data from iPhone is good and saves space on the phone. However, the app needs to improve as many a times the selected items download gets cancelled due to some error. So it takes time.
