Premium Extreme Caffeine, 200mg, 100 Count

I'm not a coffee drinker so not too familiar with the level of caffeine I can tolerate....but with that said, it only took my one dosage of two capsules (400mg) to find my limit. My interest is two fold, one to assist my weight workouts and two, to help on longer than normal days (on the golf course after work :-). The two capsules prior to a golf outing had me swinging for the fences but missing the ball (more than usual). Cut back to one capsule and had much better energy control, both in the weight room and on the course. One of the recommendations I've seen in literature is if you're a "serious" coffee drinker and use max. recommended dosage (400mg) you may have negative effects on the muscle growth from you work outs? But literature does support the positive effect of caffeine on work out duration and strength and the 200mg does produce an effect I can feel.

I usually keep some caffeine pills at home in case I don't have time for coffee in the morning. I've taken them many times in the past. I'm not sure if I received a defective bottle or what, but the pills I received have basically zero effect. There is no possible way there is 200mg of caffeine in these pills. They felt more like the equivalent of MAYBE a half cup of coffee. The other recent reviews seem mixed, so maybe there is a bad batch of bottles mixed in with the good ones? At any rate, they were a waste of money for me. Not recommended.

I take one in the morning cause i thought it would replace expensive energy drinks, caffeine doesn't effect me much so I cant really tell much difference but I don't buy energy drinks anymore and feel same effect so I guess they're working, hard for me to say.

I use this stuff fairly often, but not every day. I use it because I get tired of the taste of coffee after about one cup, and one cup often makes my stomach feel awful, but one cup of coffee is usually not enough to wake me up in the morning. One of these pills and I'm good to go. The energy isn't instant, it kind of revs up slowly. And it doesn't drop off sharply either, which I really appreciate. These pills give me the energy to get things done and feel good while doing them, without feeling like I'm a meth addict or something. The only thing I've noticed that I don't love is on occasion I will get a stomach ache from them like I would coffee, but if you take it with food you are pretty much good to go. Highly recommend these.

For some reason, I have trouble swallowing round caffeine pills, while the caplet shape give me no trouble. These are round. Bummer. Otherwise, what's to say? It's caffeine. In a pill. The modern world is a marvel.

I've been taking 1 pill almost every morning for about 2 months now, and I can say that this stuff really helps out. I wake up promptly at 4 am every morning(not on the weekends) and go jogging. Before I had these I would set my alarm, wake up, turn it off and go back to sleep. I bought these and started leaving them right next to my sink in a cup so when I wake up i just down this pill along with a vitamin. Even if I try to go back to sleep in about 5 minutes I'm as awake as I can be and I go running. Also it seems like I get less tired and can run more when I take these pills when I run, but that could just be a placebo im not too sure.

The label on this product recommends a high dose of caffeine for weight loss purposes which is really quite unsafe. I use this product as a quick, portable, and cheap alternative to caffeinated beverages. For this purpose, these tablets work well. One downside however is that these tablets are rather difficult to split in half (they have no break line). For those of you with a need for less than the 200 mg dose, I would recommend either tablets with a break line or a tablet with a smaller dose.

This is one of the worst products that i have ever bought on Amazon. Please dont ever buy this. you will regret your decision. It doesn't even wake you up. 200mg of caffeine is enough to wake you up in the morning but this bill does not do that so i think its a fabrication. a simple cup of coffee estimated 45 mg of caffeine gives me a better boost in the morning.
