Q: Does it come with eye shield & hand gloves?

It does come with an eye shield but not hand gloves. I don't recommend using it though, get yourself a self darkening mask and you'll thank me later.

Q: Bought this machine from amazon few weeks ago. but there's too much spatter in this. why so? i have searched on yt they are saying that it shouldnt.

Use good quality Indian ISI mark Welding Rods ADOR WELDING LTD. SIZE: 3.15MM X 350MM GRADE 6013 KINGBOND-5 MILD STEEL WELDING. The machine will work fine. Don't use china or open box rods as their Flux sometimes gets oxidized OR HUMID that causes spatter.

Q: Question: bought this machine for fluxcore welding getting lots of spatter during fluxcore welding. stick welds are fine. flux core spatter but why???

Flux core usually has lot of spatter by default. If it's more than ordinary then try reducing the Amp setting to see if that helps.

Q: is .8 the only wire we can use also can we use E71T-GS wire

E71T-GS is a type of wire. It comes in different sizes. You can use 0.8mm or 0.9mm flux wires.
