Product did not fit even though it is described as a replacement for my exact model of printer. I also bought a replacement drum from a different vender which fit the printer fine but then tried the cartridge in both drums and it fit neither. Somehow the description is not accurate. I live overseas and now return will be either very expensive or impossible until I visit the states again. Not sure what to do here

Product arrived defective. Seller contacted me within 24 hours and expressed great concern about the situation. They took action to rectify the problem that same day along with investigating how to improve their service. It’s refreshing to see that customer service is very important to them.
