Great quality for price. Only bit of slight criticism is that the cords could benefit from the ability to shorten, feels a little loose on certain movements.

Very good quality and easy to use. The pilates bar feels sturdy, and the resistance bands work well for home workouts. It’s practical, portable, and suitable for both beginners and more advanced users. Overall, a great fitness kit.

Compacts down in to a small bag so easy to transport. Easy to use, gives your the level of exercise you need, weather that is to tone up or to help lose a little weight. Good for money and would purchase again, have recommended to others.

Great product and value can use videos on u tube yo use it but sadly once put together I can’t get it to unclip again it is too hard to get undone annoying as won’t now fit back in the carry case it’s supplied with Saw other reviews saying the same so I know it’s not me being stupid

Helps with fitness easy to use

It’s good and very easy exercises though a little tough in the beginning ,start with a small score and than build up , combine with yoga so you can do Pilate and yoga both

Not to be dismissed! Takes up little room unlike bulky pieces of equipment. Great for women, men find it too easy IMO. Low level exercise which can be done watching the TV, listening to music, or in the garden on a mat.

I could not put enough pressure on the two metal spring buttons to allow the one pole to slide int the other. My hubby had to help and it took forever to get this done, then the two metal springs do not sit in the holes to make stable. Very disappointing after reading the reviews. Ordered two (one for a friend) and shes got small hands and I thought by the time we got them out of bags and tired to connect them ( hoping they will not will pull apart) out exercise class would be over. I very rarely return goods or put a poor rating on something, but felt that there was shoddy tool working on the fixings

Used for deeper stretches and resistance. Value is there. It’s not going to do the exercises for you.

Cheap quality , resistance is next to non , hard to wrap it around bar for more resistance work outs and it’s very short bar . I ordered similar one of shein and ended up being same one but for 4.57euro so I’m guessing the bag cost 16.5euro.
