Use this to bind other seachem meds to your fish food for internal treatment. I watched ich covered fish come back from the brink of death after 3 feedings (6 days) of this and metroplex and kanaplex. I used 1 scoop of each of the 3 meds mixed with some flakes and a cube of mysis with a few drops of the garlic guard every other day for 3 weeks. Also treated the water with paraguard for 30 days. No more ich. Fish are all healthy and hungry.

Focus helps get your fish medicine with their food. Just add the medication to their food and add Focus and feed them.

This seemed to make my metroplex more effective. I got it in early and was just doing the water dosing but the focus with the metroplex actually seemed to improve my fish and its energy levels, pulling it slightly out of lethargy but metroplex was not as effective as I wanted it. I think it would be great to have on hand, it may have saved my fish if I knew parasites were the cause of the lethargy but by the time these came it was too late unfortunately.
