Watered down shampoo
The shampoo is great. The ingredients or items used in it are wonderful for the hair. The brand has changed. Over the last year the shampoo went from being thick in texture like regular shampoo to now being liquid like... it's no longer thick and so you pour it once it flows out like water if not careful will only have 3 uses of it. It has lost its quality as shampoo over the last 3 times I have bought. It really is not the same as they have watered it down. I wish it was still thick as regular shampoo when you open it to pour and use. This has also caused the smell to be less

Purchased for a "senior," who likes baby-soft hair. Not really fragrant, but that would probably add an eye irritant.

Quality is down
We have bought this shampoo 5 times as a subscribe and save. The first 3 bottles were the best shampoo I have ever used on m daughter’s hair. The last two times the product came separated and left a residue on my daughter’s hair and in the shower. This product has the distinction of being both the best shampoo and the worst shampoo we have ever used on my daughter’s hair.

I have used it on my daughter for only two times now and already see a big difference - soft silky shiny hair even without a use of conditioner. Love this product!

Received this today but was very disapproved find the bottle arrived opened with conditioner leaked all over the box, frustrating to now have a half empty bottle of an expensive product.
