I just want to reiterate for everyone this item is air inflated, not foam; grab the blue or green if you're looking for foam pad.These pads are what you would find in most physiotherapist clinics and are durable/made to last and I can see are easy to clean.If you're looking for something portable/packable/light to travel along with you to games or workouts, this item is light but rather large/bulky.Large feet? this item is for you.It's too bad Thera-Band doesn't offer these items in a smaller size.
