Like it. Do-all. Good to keep on the truck, and great for old school tow-strap hauls, jerk-em-outs.
Seems of decent quality, Shackle seems of decent quality and the pin it rides in rotates, little rubber cap they put on the shackle is laughable. Fit in the hitch well. I see no problems here. It ain't even really that big. I'm happy with it, welds looked normal for a part like this, at least there was penetration. Prolly oughta stick a lock on if you leave it unattended, some dumb kids will think its worth something and steal it. Would look at home on an off-road rig. As long as it wasn't shiny new looking. Barely used it,

Total versatility and solid safety: Essential for different trailers
I was looking for a unique solution so I wouldn't have to change assembly every time I change trailers, and this three-ball shackle kit has exceeded my construction expectations. What stands out most after use: Construction and Finishing: The body has a very corrosion-resistant black powder coating. The chrome balls (1-7/8," 2" and 2-5/16") have a quality mirror finish that facilitates engagement without too much friction. The Blocking Passer: It is the critical point of security. The key mechanism works smoothly and the rubber cap protects the cylinder well against mud and water, which is vital so that it does not lock over time. The Red Cricket: It's not just aesthetic; it's extremely robust. I've used it to drag and it conveys a lot of confidence for its thickness and weight. Pros: All in one: You forget to carry three different mounts in the trunk. Adjustment: Fits perfectly into the 2-inch receiver without excessive "dance" or metallic noise during walking. Cons: It's a heavy piece (logical for its strength), so I recommend wearing gloves when handling it if it's wet. Make sure to keep the balls slightly greased to keep the chrome flawless. Verdict: If you have multiple trailers or do occasional off-road rescue, the investment is worth it. The security of having a keyed pin included gives you extra value against cheaper options that come without lock.

Perfect and comes with a locking pin
This can meet most all of your needs and the coolest thing. It actually comes with a locking pin. You're not spending an extra $16-$25 to secure it!

Works great, looks good!
I bought this to go on my new truck. I like it and have found it to be a versatile and attractive hitch. Yes, the paint flakes off after towing...a trailer weighing several thousand pounds bouncing around will do that. If you don't like it, get something stainless. I've used the shackle to pull shrubs up, and it's worked well under load. Yes, the hitch bounces and makes some noise. Larger hitches tend to do that. Seems very sturdy. The lock works well, although it is a little longer than necessary.

No pin
Looks nice, fits my receiver, I'm glad to have the shackle, because sometimes the truck needs to pull the tractor out of a situation using the towing chain, and sometimes the tractor needs to pull the truck out. However, this came with no pin, so nobody's pulling anything with this until I get that.

Estoy satisfecho con el producto, pero le doy 4 estrellas ya que la bola entra muy forzada en el enganche del remolque aun siendo de la misma medida de bola y entrada. Anteriormente traía otra bola y no tenía ningún problema

I love this product. Bought is for my ATV and although it was too long, still love it. Used a circular saw with metal blade to cut off 1” off the end so it will fit in receiver. You must do this OR drill new holes if you want to use this with a Can Am. Yes pain in butt but so worth it. You can pick up metal blade for less than $30 on Amazon. Diablo makes one; I used a no name. Will spark like crazy, be sure to use safety glasses and pants and long sleeve shirt or jacket. Hope this helps.
