The directions tell you if you have problems to call them, they will help you through however they do not give you a telephone number to call. I’ve had problems trying to program it for my phone and it will not work so I am returning it.

It does as it says work says it says however night vision little grainy when you do hit the HDR or HD it doesn't do anything it still stays the same other than that the camera works perfect for your basic security needs for pets and babies will be nice if company made YouTube video posted and just showed how to set up

It does not work without a cell phone and WiFi network, you can't use it as a stand alone camera. The software is tricky to install and it never worked when I wanted it do, only when I was farting around. About the time I thought I had figured out how it worked, it wouldn't. Luckily it was inexpensive and maybe I can save you the trouble I had.

The camera quality is excellent, in day or night vision. The app has a button to turn off the blue light you see when you first power it on. The instructions are placed weird on the pamphlet with Chinese everywhere but they are there and can get you through setup. Does need to be laced in a decent sized room because of the zoom. My only real issue is you can hear audio while recording or watching but the audio isn't saved for playback just the video. Unless there is some other setting im over looking but I've touched and looked for everything.

You get what you pay for. I was pleasantly surprised

So got this to possibly use as a 3d printer cam and maybe even a nanny cam. The field of view is horrible. So can't use it on my 3d printer. Nor any small room. The worst... That should give it one star. The app. In order for it to function it needs location access. Which imo is a no go. I used this app once and camera once. It now sits in a draw and I uninstalled the app. It got two stars cause camera was good and it hooked up to the app easy. Charging was easy.

honestly is not worth the time or money. night vision sucks all i can see are gray lines and have to flash a light on the item u are viewing at night & the camera should be for outdoors with how far or high up you have to set it. beyond disappointed.
