I tried it on my sister and she didn't get shocked nor did i.

Really poor quality
Very low power on the shocks, and only gives a shock in maybe 1 out of 5 clicks. Absolute waste of money

Prank pen
Very funny and great pen, has a shock to it, but nothing that hurts. For kids it was hilarious getting my boy with this was such a funny prank. But he loves it and now gets anyone and everyone with it.. great fun great quality item to. I definitely recommend this for fun or pranks.. and price is great too. All round very happy with this..
