Nicotinamide has vastly improved the homeostasis in which I aimed to achieve, I take 1 a day with a qt of distilled water 1-tsp organic seamoss 1 tsp baking soda & I can truely admit I have never felt better

Appears to be a good product
I started taking this based on a recommendation from my dermatologist. It is not a medicine I take & see or feel a difference, but it is a good value for my money.
