Both my 2 year old and 4 year old boys liked these vitamins. They’re a little sour tasting at first but it fades quickly. My younger son spit it out the first time he tried it but the second day he really wanted his “gummy” so I gave it to him and told him to keep chewing it up because it gets yummier, and from that day on he had no problem.

I personally take these vitamins for myself. My LO does not like the taste but I love the taste of these. I wished they made gummy candys that tasted like these! I had a vitamin deficiency and didn’t have any energy when I started taking these but my vitamin count is up now after taking these for a few months. I have so much more energy and feel pretty good these days. So even though they didn’t work for my child I still got my moneys worth out of them.

My daughter wakes up everyday asking to eat her vitamin. She enjoys the taste, and I can see her easily chewing it on her back molars. The size is small enough that I’m not stressed about a choking hazard. Haven’t noticed any bowel movement differences, which I’m thankful for. Based on our research, taking 1 of these vs 3 of other brands made the most sense for our little one.
