Needed a 1/2" Male x 1/2" Male NPT Stainless nipple and that is exactly what I received.Unlike others, the end on this is nice and flat. This makes seating into a rubber washer seal work nicely.

Stong and well made. very good quality for the price. Actually needed for low pressure gas but you want to be sure its strong and tight.

Used them on a plumbing project. Good quality. Good price.

These are well-made 3/8 inch pipe nipples that have clean threads, smooth interior and flat ends. I prefer hex nipples over ones without since they are much easier to tighten and, if necessary, remove without damaging any of the threads. I need to purchase more of these as well as ½ inch size since there are high quality and certainly beat the ones you purchase at the big box stores. High recommend these to decrease frustrations during installation.

Ordered two times because first pair had all jagged sharp chunky threads that would tear up any threads you screw them into. Second pair came in and they’re even worse. Quality control is non existent and all these threads are unusable unless you don’t mind destroying any threads you screw them into. A wire wheel may help clean them up a little but this is just pathetic.

It says 1/2" npt but it's way to small it screws all the way to the end of the threads hense there is no seal.Waste of money.
