Bad product, the item sucks and could damage your vcr. The seller is impolite and the delivery company as well. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

Most of my 20 year old movies still work. Hadn't cleaned the heads in at least that long. Ran this head cleaner tape through once so far with no issues.

Worked perfectly. I hooked up a VCR that had been in storage for past six years. I put this in it and it cleaned it great. My old VHS movies play great and they are crystal clear. Highly recommend.
