Packaging Problem
So, the item itself is Amazing. Amazing smell and Product "However" I have purchased this several times. Each time there is a problem with opening the dispenser. I've only had one that actually opens without breaking the cap. The last one I purchased for a friend had the same problem. Returned it and ordered her another one and it also will not open.
