My child started taking these around age 3 when the pediatrician said more calcium was needed. These went down easily. I've tried one myself and they do have a pleasant taste. It's like a slightly chalky vanilla. We've used these for years because they provide the vitamins we need without any additives we don't. Love this product! I had been having trouble with my three year old eating enough foods to reach her recommended magnesium level. She was having trouble falling asleep, leg cramps in the middle of the night, and was over all very cranky. Once we got into a routine of two a day (maybe two weeks) she was back to being my angel with no problems going to sleep. No more leg cramps. They taste great. She never refuses to take one and even reminds me half the time that it's time for her vitamin. Very happy with this product and we will continue to purchase! My husband who is beyond weird asked what they taste like so I gave him one. He even loved the taste. Taste like cake icing but not overly sweet. She takes one with breakfast and one with her snack after nap time. That way the bit of sugar in it doesn't cause an issues. Definitely worth a shot to see if it helps your little one sleep better!

I've been purchasing these for years. They're sweet and chalky but the vanilla flavor is not unpleasant and they're tolerated even by the vitamin-picky kids. I also take these on occasion. Good for sleep support or when muscles are achy. An affordable supplement to keep on hand.

I had a very hard time finding a supplement for my 3 yr old daughter to take in regards to helping her almost daily constipation she suffers from a chronic illness. Thankfully these have just the right amount of magnesium in it that she needs and she loves them which is an added bonus. Especially cause I have a hard time getting her to take vitamins. Can't tell you how many times I've ordered vitamins and she refuses to take them after trying one pill. These she asks for more. I give them to her twice a day. One in the morning and one at night and I've definitely seen improvement. In fact when I ran out of them and she didn't have them for a few days her constipation got worse again. They do have more of a chalky consistency, but that doesn't seem to bother her. In fact if I forget to give it to her she asks to have her cupcake vitamin cause she said that's what it tastes like. I love that fact too that they contain calcium and Vit D too.
