Better than Traditional Pasta
I wasn't expecting much, but the texture surpasses traditional noodles. The regular stuff is either rubbery or disintegrates while eating; a disappointing experience when you expecting to chew your meal. The keto noodles are exactly what I want noodles to feel like. So happy! I am currently eating mac and cheese for the first time in ages.

Tastes Like Hard Cardboard
I boiled this product for six minutes. The package states 5-7. It was hard as cardboard and just as tasty. If it gets better with a longer cook period then the directions should say so. I would not buy this product again. Still hunting for a decent pasta substitute. This isn't it.

Good but will make you gassy
Overall cooking and eating experience was good and I liked the calories and macros. But be prepared to have more gas than Exxon. 💨

Never gets soft
Wasn’t too pleased with the elbow pasta. I cooked it ten minutes longer than it said and it never got even el dente, much less soft. For the price very disappointed.

Doesn't taste nor cook like pasta
Because of surgery, when I eat I need to focus on getting enough protein and the last thing I eat in a meal are the heavy carbohydrates (if I have room to eat them at all which isn't usual). I'm always on the hunt for ways to bring protein into the meal and I bought these because I wanted to make something close to traditional (adult) Mac-n-Cheese. I bought them and, in retrospect, I paid far-far too much for them given the amount they provided -- that's solely my fault. But these do not taste anything like elbow macaroni -- the texture is all wrong, the flavor is worse. Their only redeeming quality is the amount of protein you get compared to most of the pasta alternatives on Amazon. There are certainly better values, flavors and textures (although, to be fair, almost none of them have an 'elbow' variety available). I am an experienced cook and I didn't expect them to be a perfect substitute and the dish I made, while edible, was more than a little disappointing. At this point, I can not recommend them on (at least) two counts: flavor and value -- neither is present and if you have functioning taste-buds, you very probably won't like what you get if you do buy them. I will most definitely not purchase them again.

Great low carb alternative to pasta with clean ingredients
I have always wanted to find a keto and low carb alternative to pasta that wasn’t made with a lot of ingredients. Most of the keto pastas out there contain icky ingredients. Once I saw this pasta made from lupin flour, I was excited to try. Made mac and cheese with this pasta- it tasted good! I prefer a firmer texture and this worked well. No keto pasta will taste exactly like fresh regular pasta, but this is a really great replacement! It is pricey but it’s likely due to the ingredients used so I understand why it would be! Would buy again

Best keto pasta so far
I was worried because of some of the reviews but it was great. Does it have the exact texture of pasta? No but it’s the closest low carb substitute so far. Better than palmini, zoodles and miracle noodles by far. It was also very filling. A serving was 2/3 a cup and I made 1/2 cup and was totally full. I added a little bit of mozarella, ricotta and mozarella. I also added some salt because it is a little bland on its own. It kind of reminds me of the early gluten free pastas. A little chalky/grainy but over all a great substitute. I cooked it longer than it called for.

Disgusting
This is by far the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth. It's not just the texture (which is a little weird) but the taste was horrible. The "pasta" cooked up well and was tender. I made lasagna for the rest of the family and added some of the left over meat, sauce and cheeses to the "pasta" and melted some additional mozzarella on top. Nothing could have saved this. What a waste of money.
