Have been using another pre-workout for the past two months. Came back to BSN and wow what a difference, such a good buzz for the gym. Sour cherry "red rush" isn't too bad to be honest, it's not overly sweet, miss fruit punch, but would like to try another flavour next time.

Had a really good workout and a even better pump definitely felt the beta alanine tingles absolutely loved it during my workout felt stronger than usual HOWEVER the serving size is confusing on the picture advertised on Amazon it says 1scoop = 1 serving on the other hand on the label back of the tub it states 3scoops = 1serving so which is if, I hadd just the one scoop to be safe than sorry as I allready suffer with anxiety and felt that 1 and a half scoops was enough for me.

This made me very ill. I have previously used this product with good results so decided to buy it again recently. I noticed on first use that the product don’t give me a noticeable boost or the usual tingling effect. Then next day I had to leave work early due to agonising stomach pains which I didn’t initially link to the product. I used the product a week later and the next day once again my stomach felt horrendous and two days after it’s still not right. This is clearly a fake product as it didn’t even give me the usual boost it does. Very concerned as to what I’ve actually consumed twice now.

I took the drink at 18:06. By 18:18 I started to feel the buzz. My workout was crazy. Had so much energy. Started to feel tingling in my face, hands and feet but I nice sensation. You want a pre workout drink, use this. Definitely works.

Tasted okay but considering the content of beta alanine in this I don’t get that itchy buzz that I enjoy from pre workouts. Have had some cheaper brands with less Beta Alanine and they have felt much more effective

Good stuff, I decided to change from C4. But too sour for me as I don't like to mix it with much water. Good price and good for working out either cardio or weights. Works best in empty stomach for me. Bigger tub that original pre workouts

Te dan buen pump, buena energía, hace que te quieras comer los hierros, retrasa la fatiga, picorcito en todo el cuerpo, y su sabor es de 10. Hasta ahora de los mejores prework que he probado, por el precio que tiene está perfecto. Seguiré comprando. PD: mido 1,80cm y peso 93kg, con la dosis recomendada me ha ido de lujo. Edito reseña: segundo día que lo tomo he tomado un scoop más de lo recomendado mientras entrenaba, pega más fuerte que las mentiras de mi ex ahí lo dejo...

Spürbare Wirkung vor Trainings Beginn. Die Leistung steigt messbar an. Der Pump ist nach dem Training fühlbar und auch sichtbar. Aus meiner Sicht empfehlenswert.

Ik heb dit product aangeschaft omdat ik merkte dat ik in de avond na werk weinig energie had om nog mijn workouts te doen. Daarom heb ik besloten om deze preworkout te kopen. Ik krijg normaal gesproken helemaal geen caffeine binnen (ik drink geen koffie/thee) dus ik heb 1 scoop geprobeerd en na mijn workout had ik het gevoel dat ik nog steeds een marathon kon rennen, het gaf zo'n ongelofelijk harde boost! Verder is de smaak lekker, had geen problemen met het opdrinken. Alhoewel dit de eerste preworkout is die ik probeer raadt ik dit product zeker aan!

Non è la prima volta che lo acquisto, fa quello che promette. Ogni tanto per cambiare provo altri integratori ma poi torno sempre alle origini. Forse un po' caro ma se lo può permettere.
